Booking Conditions
- On request, the tour can be organized in other languages; in such a case, prices may vary. The tour programme, included services and costs can be reconsidered according to your individual requests.
- The cost of private tours is fixed according to the prices indicated on the website, taking into account the beginning and end of the tour in Yerevan. The cost can be different if you are planning to start or end your tour in another location.
- Visiting additional places during a private tour may cause changes in the initial cost: if the trip takes longer than planned, or if there are significant changes in the programme, the company may request additional payment.
- On our website you can find the average duration of each private tour, but in reality, it can take up to an hour more or less.
- Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended.
- You can take your pet for a private tour only in a special carrier, and you should inform the company about it prior to the trip.
- During a private tour, depending on the destination and location, the vehicle may not be able to get close to your destination, and you will have to walk some distance.
- The company is not responsible for any items lost or damaged by you during the private tour, either in the vehicle or at the locations visited.
Cancel and Change
- Tours are paid for in two parts: advance payment and final payment. The prepayment is 25 % of the total cost, and the private tour is considered confirmed only after the prepayment has been received.
- In case of unfavourable weather conditions or force majeure situations (earthquake, flood, war, interruption of communications, etc.), the company has the right to change, reduce or cancel a confirmed tour, considering the safety of its participants. If the tour is canceled by the company, the customer will be fully refunded the prepayment amount without any deduction.
- If, due to the aforementioned circumstances, the company replaces the places to be visited or the services to be provided during the tour with equivalent places or services, it is not responsible for any possible differences in the cost of services. If the replacement results in the use of more affordable services, the company will refund the difference between the costs of the original confirmed tour and the completed one. If the replacement results in the use of more expensive services, the company has the right to demand additional payment.
